Wuxi lion wind energy tech Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, is located in foreign investment industrial area in xishan, wuxi, jiangsu province. The company is a foreign-invested enterprise which specializes in manufacturing high-power wind energy hubs, bases, brake discs, axle bearings and gearboxes as well as machine machining and surface processing.
It has made an investment of 34 million dollars and newly built a workshop of 50, 000 square meters. Up till now, there have been about 500 staffs including 15 engineers, senior engineers and senieer managers in the company.
We have got large scale equipments for products processing, such as numerical control plano milling machines(10m*3.5m*2.5m), numerical control milling machines(tka6916.4*8m), CNC double-column vertical turning&boring mill(dvt500*31/32) and raidial drilling machine(z3100); We also have equipped with sets of advanced physics-chemistry machines, such as middle frequency furnace with American yingda technology, the best resin sand mixer system in our country and spectrum analyzer with German technology. All our equipments have made it possible to form an industrial chain from casting-manufacturing to machining. After all finished, it will reach an annual production of 70, 000 tons. We are able to take orders of high precise machine machining for large scale wind-power castings of 1.5-5.0mw, because we have mature manufacturing capability for wind-power hubs, pedestals, brake discs, axle bearings and bearings as well as stencils for ships and plastic injection machines.
